More Vans

First seen in a recent collaboration by Vans and Proper, the Chukka del Barco returns in Fall 2009 as part of the Vans Vault collection. It comes in four solid colorways with leather uppers and leather laces. Definitely one of our new favorites from Vans. Via Marcus Troy.

Nice Black n White Clothes

Japanese brand Rocstar will be releasing its new collection towards the end of the month and today we can show you the lookbook of their Spring/Summer 2009 “New Wave Techno & Kung-Fu” collection. As usual the brand presents lots of bold graphics and styles. In terms of colors they took a step back from last season and are actually a little more subtle that what we are used to see. The designer calls the collection “flashy” and “minimal” which are pretty much complete opposites, yet we kind of have to agree.

Fila gets together with Japanese brand Product on their classic 70’s Fitness model. The sneaker comes in a black suede/black croc colorway with minor Gucci details around the ankle. The Fila logo appears as a gold print on the heel and on the tongue flap.

Obviously this is not the first time we see a sneaker with Gucci color accents, nevertheless the outcome is aesthetically pleasing. The Fila x Product 70’s Fitness will be released February 14th.
